Services

Our unified morning service is designed to bring together our generations and cultures, combining a variety of elements from the contemporary to the traditional in an effort to bring us all before the Lord as a family in Jesus Christ.  During this service you will have the opportunity to sing praises to God and to hear from His word – taught for what it says and applied to our lives.  We want this service to be creative, innovative and evolving, all the while encouraging true worship to be directed to God, who is both personal and awe-inspiring! As of June 2020, our services are meeting both in person and are being livestreamed.

Connect Time – Sundays @ 10:45am

This is our church-wide fellowship opportunity between the worship service and our Bible School, a chance for us all to reach out beyond ourselves and “connect” with someone else – to share life, to make plans with one another, or even to pray for each other.  So grab a friend, or grab someone you haven’t had the chance to get to know yet, and hang out with a cup of coffee or tea before you head off to Bible School.

Bible School – Sunday @ 11:15am

Here’s your time to dig deeper into God’s word, gleaning truths from the Bible in a more academic or small group setting, depending upon the class you choose to attend.  There are classes for all ages, from Pre-K to adults, including college age and a nursery for our youngest attendees!

Evening Service – Sunday @ 6:30pm

We use this time for a variety of worship activities from preaching and teaching to prayer and special musical services (especially in December!). We take this opportunity to invite different speakers, often we have updates from missionaries, and have even been known to share our favorite hymns from time to time! This service will NOT be livestreamed.

Prayer Meeting – Wednesday @ 7:00pm

On Wednesday evening every week, we encourage our whole church family to come out and pray together! We will meet at 7pm in the Chapel for an hour of corporate prayer, led by Pastor Joe or one of our AUC Elders.

Our Teaching

We take seriously the teaching of God’s word exegetically and expositionally, generally going through an entire book verse by verse in an effort to give clear insight and practical understanding to what the Bible teaches.

Our Offerings

We take an offering at all of our services and we see our offerings as an outpouring of our hearts for the Lord, a sacrifice of praise to Him for what He has done for us.  We desire that the financial sacrifices that our church family makes would serve to further the Gospel – keeping the doors of AUC open and allowing us to continue to support missionaries across the globe.  If you are visiting with us you should not feel obligated to give, just let the plate pass and simply take in the service.

Nursery Care

Nursery (pre-K) care is available at all of our services and Bible School, with the exception of a few special services throughout the year.
